Frequently asked questions
Are AI-written listings legally safe?
An AI text is always a draft. You check details about the property, floor areas and the energy certificate yourself, because responsibility for the listing stays with you. The AI saves you the writing, not the checking.
Can AI answer phone calls too?
Yes. AI telephony with fonio is one of the 12 workshops of my KI-Masterclass. There you learn how a phone assistant answers calls, pre-sorts prospects and books appointments, and what to watch out for.
Is the training available in English?
Yes. I work with you in German and English, with a clear structure and plenty of humour. Technical terms are explained as we go.
What does the first call cost?
Nothing. The first call takes 30 minutes by video. We look at where you stand and what is possible for you. Afterwards you decide in your own time whether and how we continue.
