Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a prompt and an assistant?
A prompt is a single instruction. An assistant gets a system prompt, knowledge and fixed rules once and then always works within that frame. You stop repeating yourself, and the results become more consistent.
Can we build assistants in English?
Yes. We work in English or German, and the assistant can answer in the language your clients use.
What about data protection?
There are several clean options, depending on the platform, the plan and a data processing agreement. I show you which one fits the size of your business. Responsibility for the data stays with you.
What does the first call cost?
Nothing. The first call takes 30 minutes by video. We look at where you stand and what is possible for you. Afterwards you decide in your own time whether and how we continue.
